Refund and Returns Policy

 

Overview:

 

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange if 30 days have passed since your purchase.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, including original packaging.

 

Non-returnable items:

 

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Certain health and personal care items

 

Return Requirements:

 

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

Partial Refunds:

 

In some situations, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

 

  • Products with obvious signs of use
  • Boxes that have been opened or tampered
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

 

Refunds:

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed, with a credit automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

 

Late or Missing Refunds:

 

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

 

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank. Processing times may vary.

Sale Items:

 

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges:

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item for the same one, email us at [email protected] and send your item to an address we provided to you.
 

 

Shipping Returns:

 

To return your product, mail it to an address we provided to you. You will be responsible for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping will be deducted.

 

For more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
